About Us

In the winter of 2022, our family set out to turn our backyard from landscape cloth and river rock to an urban farm. And believe me when I say, it was a family effort (all generations included). After months of moving rock by hand and pulling up landscape cloth that had been buried for decades, we were finally ready to build, and nurture, an ecosystem that supported vegetable, fruit, and pollinator growth. After an entire growing season of incorporating cover crops and rich compost, the soil began to resemble a rich environment. In the spring of 2023 we launched our first growing season with seedlings grown in the greenhouse, a full rotation of row crops, beehives, and a host of educational and social events on the farm. We love to talk about all things growing, regenerative practices, and believe wholeheartedly in making organic, locally grown vegetables accessible to our community!
